Knuckles

Meet Knuckles, A 1 yr old, 15 lb, black (with a small white strip on his chest) male chihuahua/terrier/dachshund mix located in San Jose. Knuckles is a fun, active young boy, but is also a real cuddle bug. He loves to play chase/tag, play with his chew toys and can make a game out of just about anything. He is good with other dogs and loves to run and play in the yard. He is good with adults and older children (10+), but not so good with cats. He will chase them for fun.  He is house trained, leash trained, crate trained, enjoys riding in the car and knows some obedience. He is a healthy boy, but is allergic to bee stings. Knuckles will sleep in his crate, but prefers to cuddle in the big bed. Knuckles was initially abandoned by a previous owner and given to his current owner. While Knuckles is an active boy, but he is not able to keep up with his owners two large breed working dogs and feels it is not fair to ask him to. Therefore, she came to the hard decision to find a home more suited to his abilities where he can be cherished. We feel he would do best in an active home with a work from home or retired individual/family preferably with other small dogs and a nice back yard to play in and explore. Knuckles is neutered, current on vaccinations, micro chipped and will make an excellent addition to the right home.
