Surrender TO DO List

The following is a list of the necessary items we need to take custody of your dog.

  • Gather all the important paperwork to include;
    • shot records
    • spay/neuter certificate if you have one
    • Microchip information
    • any other important paperwork
  • We will need any and all medications your dog is on.
  • Provide the dog's collar, harness and leash if you have them.
  • Bring favorite toys and blankets so they feel more at home.
  • If you need help transporting your dog to the Rescue, please ask.
We know this is a very hard decision for you and we will work very hard to make your dog as comfortable as possible during the transition into their new home.
